  Ongoing Monitoring: U Explor reviews guest ratings, feedback, and other quality signals to ensure compliance.

While U Explor may review creators information, portfolios, and in some cases use third-party verification services, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by creators. Guests are responsible for reviewing experience details before booking

  All bookings must be made through the U Explor platform.

  Payments are processed securely using third-party payment providers.

  Prices listed are inclusive of the specified activities and services. Additional costs (e.g., optional activities, meals, transportation not included in the listing) should be transparent and/or expressed with adequate time for preparation.

  Guest Cancellations: Guests may cancel according to the cancellation policy set by the creator (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Refunds will be processed in accordance with the creator policy.
