About Us

Following years of joyful travel, awkward adventures and years living abroad, we wanted to create a community driven by people and their experiences versus driven solely for profit. We were tired of limited options for travel and booking experiences through giant tech companies that supported billionaires’ and political campaigns that didn’t support human rights or environmental protection. And while those are some of our own personal values that contribute to how we travel, we thought we’d create a space where you can search, learn and connect via your own values.

She's been working in international marketing and education for more than two decades. She loves travelling and her preferences for exploration continue to evolve with age.
